Spacing:
Plant tubers 45cm apart with 60cm between rows

Harvesting:
4 months after planting. Decrease that to 3 if planting inside in bags.
Tips:
When the shoots first appear draw the earcth from between the rows to cover them. This encourages underground shoots and more tubers.
